SupplierPilot reads the price and stock files from every supplier you buy from, works out which one to sell each product from, and updates Shopify on a schedule. You stop copying numbers by hand, and nothing goes live below your margin.

This morning, two files arrived:
SupplierPilot matched them to your products and prepared this:
Different column names, comma decimals, a prefix on every SKU. You tell SupplierPilot once which column is which; after that every new file is read the same way.
When more than one supplier carries a product, SupplierPilot sells from the one that has it in stock. If several do, the cheapest wins, counting delivery and import costs you set per supplier. If they cost the same, your preferred supplier wins.
The price is your cost plus markup (a percentage or a fixed amount, with different markups per brand, product type or tag if you like), rounded to .99, .95 or whole numbers. It never goes below a brand’s minimum advertised price.
Suppliers send broken files. A truncated export can look like your whole range sold out overnight.
ACM-, or link individual products by hand. SupplierPilot lists every supplier row it couldn’t match.I’m Giorgi, an independent developer. I built SupplierPilot after watching a store owner spend every morning pasting three wholesalers’ spreadsheets into Shopify. If something doesn’t work for your files, write to me and you’ll get an answer from me, not a ticket system.
