Email [email protected]. You'll get an answer from the developer, usually within one working day. Send us a supplier file that doesn't read correctly and we'll set it up with you, free.

Getting started

  1. Suppliers → Add supplier. Upload the supplier's price/stock file (CSV or Excel), or give a link that SupplierPilot downloads every day.
  2. Check the columns. SupplierPilot guesses which column is the SKU, cost and stock. Fix anything wrong and save.
  3. Rules. Choose your markup, rounding, margin floor and the location whose stock is updated.
  4. Run now. The first run is a preview: review the changes, then click Apply.

FAQ

Will SupplierPilot overwrite my prices?

Only for products matched to a supplier, only the fields you enable (price, cost, stock), and never below your margin floor. The first run always waits for your approval, and any applied run can be undone.

How does it choose between suppliers?

For each product: the supplier with stock first, then the lowest cost, then the supplier priority you set.

My supplier's file has prices but no stock.

Leave the stock column empty in the mapping; SupplierPilot then updates cost and price only.

Why was a run paused?

When a file would change many prices by more than 30%, set many products to 0 stock, or is much smaller than usual, SupplierPilot pauses and asks you to check. This catches broken or wrong supplier files.

Does SupplierPilot see my customers or orders?

No. It only accesses products, inventory and locations. See the privacy policy.
