The service

SupplierPilot reads supplier price and stock files you provide and, following the rules you set, updates prices, costs and stock in your Shopify store.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the supplier files you provide, the rules you configure, and the prices you sell at.
• Review the preview of the first run and any run SupplierPilot pauses. SupplierPilot holds prices below your margin floor and pauses unusual runs, but it cannot know every business rule of your store.
• Only upload files you are allowed to use.

Undo and liability

Every applied run can be undone from the app while it is the latest run. SupplierPilot is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for SupplierPilot in the 12 months before the claim.

Pricing

SupplierPilot is free during the early-access period. If paid plans are introduced, you will see them in Shopify and nothing is charged without your approval in Shopify.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
