SupplierPilot is a Shopify app that updates product prices, costs and stock from the supplier files a merchant provides. This policy explains what data SupplierPilot processes for merchants who install it.
What we access in your Shopify store
- Products and variants: SKU, barcode, price, cost per item (scopes
read_products,write_products). - Inventory quantities and locations (scopes
read_inventory,write_inventory,read_locations).
SupplierPilot does not access customers, orders or any personal data of your customers. It does not request customer or order scopes.
What we store
- Your store domain, the settings you choose (suppliers, column mappings, pricing rules, schedule) and the email address you enter for run summaries.
- Supplier files you upload or link, and the product rows parsed from them (SKU, cost, stock and similar business data).
- A copy of your variants' SKU, barcode, price, cost and stock, and a log of every change SupplierPilot makes (so you can review and undo it).
- Basic usage events (for example "first run applied") to improve the app.
How long we keep it
- Supplier files: the latest file per supplier, plus older files for up to 30 days.
- When you uninstall SupplierPilot, Shopify notifies us; 48 hours later (Shopify's
shop/redactrequest) we delete all data and files for your store.
